Christopher D. Sandy’s practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in a variety of civil litigation matters, including claims for breach of contract, personal injury, workers’ compensation benefits, and state and federal employment discrimination claims.  He also provides counsel for other legal challenges, including criminal defense and general civil litigation.

Prior to joining Sandy Law Firm, Chris practiced for over three years in the Labor and Employment Section at Baird Holm LLP in Omaha, Nebraska.  At Baird Holm, he defended employers and companies against claims for workers compensation benefits, employment discrimination claims, and premises liability actions.  Chris is a 2014 graduate of Creighton School of Law, cum laude, where he earned three CALI Excellence for the Future awards in the areas of Healthcare Law and Criminal Law.  He graduated from Wartburg College with a Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, in 2011.  When not in the office or in court, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly and daughters, Nora and Kate.
